Submission to Graphic Design Festival Breda 2015 What do you do? Competition "The Wall as Communication" A solid wall as an architectural element is an effective surface for interaction and play both verbally and haptically. It provides a triggering surface to confront each other's ideas; therefore transgressing the boundaries for creative ideas that are shared in an architectural studio. The play displayed in the poster starts with an initial image given to the students. Each week, every student prepares a postcard of 15x15 cm dimensions inspired from the image. During a fifteen-week course, each student depending on previous week's any random image and its verbal explanation is inspired to form a new one. Resembling the pass the message game, the play enables formation of new ideas on architectural production through a collaborative process.
