The construction of the narrative is achieved by juxtaposing two different materials that form two layers around the building. The first and inner layer of the floor border is covered with an acid-etched Sentryglas interlayer comprising 2 m x 2 m panels with aluminum profiles throughout the building from the façade to the roof. The second layer of Teflon-coated fiberglass structure surrounds the first layer. These two layers converge and intersect at various points. A translucent fiberglass structure is a 3D-dimensional coating with controlled LED sensors that control light conversion during the day. The Red Narrative acts as a dynamically shaped narrative, changing from a transparent color to a slightly red color until the moment of the event. The depth of the red color of the structure shows the start time of the event. When the building turns red, it means the event has started and everyone has gathered. The building describes a visual and sensory perception of getting together for an important event and is visually visible to the audience, passers-by, and residents of the neighborhood communities.
